After the reflexology treatment you should feel calm and relaxed, with an improved sense of wellbeing. You may feel energised, but it is a good idea to take it easy and get an early night so your body can maximise its healing potential. Most people sleep very deeply after reflexology.

You will need to drink plenty of water to aid the detoxification process which is enhanced by reflexology.

Some people can feel a little wiped out or under the weather for 24 hours after a treatment, particularly the first. This is a normal part of the healing process and shows that things are shifting and rebalancing. By the 3rd or 4th treatment, positive effects should be felt.

Although reflexology cannot claim to cure a condition, it can certainly support your natural healing process and your ability to cope with physical and emotional stress.
