I have taken the AoR's Eco Friendy Therapist pledge and aim to run my business in a Eco Friendly way.

I use washable and reusable chair covers, towels and bamboo pads. My uniform is made from 2nd Life recycled cotton fabric. Cleaning and sanitising products are bought in large containers to avoid plastic waste. Laundry is done on the water saving setting with Smol products.

The creams and balms I use are hand-made in Ireland by Flying Wild. They use certified organic unrefined ingredients, they are nourishing and gentle on your skin and they smell amazing. The company even plant a tree for every order they receive! You can read more about them here:
